Great to meet you!

As a holistic, body-centered therapist, I believe your truth lives not just in your thoughts, but in your emotions, body, and lived experience. I offer a warm, grounded space where you can feel safe and supported in exploring who you are. I specialize in working with codependency and anxious-attachment, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, or self-doubt.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, somatic, and trauma-informed. I’m DBT certified and integrate skills for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and boundary-setting — particularly helpful for those navigating codependent dynamics or anxious attachment. Together, we’ll tune into both your thoughts and your body’s signals to support deeper self-awareness. I believe healing happens when we reconnect with ourselves through compassion, curiosity, and trust.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more self-aware and better equipped to handle life’s challenges. I invite clients to set a goal or walk away with a concrete skill at the end of each session. Over time, this helps bring clarity to emotional patterns and fosters lasting change. If you often lose yourself in relationships or struggle to set boundaries without guilt, our work can support you in creating healthier patterns and a stronger sense of self.
