Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Anthonia, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and women's health specialist who believes that taking care of your mental health is one of the bravest and most important steps you can take. My role is to walk alongside you, not just as your provider, but as a partner in your journey toward feeling better. I take the time to really listen, because your story, your values, and your goals matter just as much as the symptoms you’re facing.

My approach to therapy

Being dual-certified in Women's Health and Psychiatry means I can support you more holistically. If you're looking for a provider who can prescribe your birth control, check your hormones, blood work, and do your gynecological check-ups, while ALSO supporting your mental health, I would love to be that one-stop solution for you. On the mental health side of things, I specialize in helping people through challenges like depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns, always tailoring care to what feels right for you. We also offer comprehensive evaluations for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for individuals experiencing depression that has not improved with traditional therapies. Patients who meet medical eligibility criteria may receive Spravato® treatment at our Grand Prairie location in a medically supervised, in-office setting. Treatment includes required monitoring and approximately two hours of observation to ensure safety and comfort.

I believe in collaboration, which means you have a voice in your treatment plan, and we make decisions together.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive, judgment-free space where you can openly share what’s bringing you in and what you hope to achieve. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for treatment-resistant depression in a safe, structured clinical setting with close monitoring and support. My approach is collaborative and holistic, integrating therapy, lifestyle support, and other evidence-based interventions tailored to your needs.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered with clear next steps toward healing and growth.
