Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Anthonia — a psychiatric nurse practitioner and women's health specialist. I believe that caring for your mental health is one of the bravest and most important steps you can take, and my role is to walk alongside you, not just as your provider, but as a partner in your journey toward feeling better. I take the time to truly listen, because your story, your values, and your goals matter just as much as the symptoms you're facing.

My approach to therapy

Being dual-certified in Women's Health and Psychiatry means I can support you more holistically. If you're looking for a provider who can prescribe birth control, check your hormones and blood work, and handle your gynecological care — while also supporting your mental health — I'd love to be that one-stop solution for you.

On the mental health side, I specialize in helping people navigate depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, trauma, and other concerns, always tailoring care to what feels right for you. I also offer comprehensive evaluations for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment for individuals with depression that hasn't improved with traditional therapies. Patients who meet medical eligibility may receive Spravato® at my Grand Prairie location in a medically supervised, in-office setting, which includes required monitoring and approximately two hours of observation to ensure your safety and comfort.

Above all, I believe in collaboration — you have a voice in your treatment plan, and we make decisions together.

What you can expect from me

From our very first conversation, my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported — never rushed. Together we'll build a plan that fits your life and your goals, and we'll adjust it along the way as your needs evolve. Whether you're here for mental health support, women's health care, or both, I'm here to make your care feel seamless, compassionate, and centered entirely on you.
