Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space for you to heal and grow. My approach is rooted in a mix of evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM), alongside more experiential methods like sociometrics and psychodrama. These modalities are designed to help you make meaningful progress, often in a shorter amount of time. What’s most important to me is that we find what works best for you, at your own pace, so that you feel empowered in your healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based techniques to address your specific needs, while also creating space for you to explore your own beliefs about spirituality, if that's something you're interested in. I work with you in a way that feels comfortable—sometimes that might mean being direct or challenging, other times it might mean using humor to help ease tough moments. Ultimately, my goal is to help you connect the dots between your thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in a way that feels meaningful to you, so you can better understand yourself and move forward with confidence.
