My approach to therapy is rooted in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a client-centered philosophy. I meet clients where they are, working at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive, and tailoring therapy to their unique goals and values.

Using CBT, I help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical tools to challenge and reframe those thoughts. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, CBT provides a structured and effective framework for creating lasting change.
