Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in both acute and outpatient mental health care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based medication management with supportive, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment plan.

I also believe in a collaborative approach with many local therapist to guide you towards positive mental health outcomes.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to feel more like a genuine conversation than an interrogation. My goal is to create a calm, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable being honest about what you’ve been carrying mentally and emotionally. We’ll take time to understand not only your symptoms, but also your lifestyle, stressors, strengths, and what “feeling better” truly looks like for you. By the end of the session, I want you to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and the feeling that you finally have someone in your corner working with you not just treating you.
