Great to meet you!

Welcome, Great To Meet You

I genuinely love the work and service that I provide working with and for clients. I approach therapy with authenticity, compassion, and a desire to be a meaningful resource for my clients. My goal is to support individuals in identifying their strengths, navigating life’s challenges, and working toward personalized therapeutic goals that lead to growth and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and therapy should reflect that. I believe counseling works best when it’s collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs. When we work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to speak openly and honestly about what you’re experiencing.

I’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you explore patterns, challenges, and strengths you may not yet see. Together, we’ll work toward practical strategies and deeper understanding that support meaningful change and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

I typically begin with an introductory session where I provide an overview of my approach in a conversational and nonjudgmental way. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and talk about what you hope to achieve.

Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and a path forward. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable being open and authentic, while also feeling supported and secure.

From there, we’ll continue working together in future sessions to develop insight, build practical tools, and make progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
