Great to meet you!

Welcome, Great To Meet You:

Life happens, and sometimes what we're carrying can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next. I genuinely value the opportunity to walk alongside clients through those moments. I bring authenticity, compassion, and a collaborative approach to therapy, helping you recognize your strengths, navigate challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story, and therapy should reflect that. I believe counseling works best when it's collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your needs. I'll create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns and strengths, and work with you to develop practical strategies. I'll support you while also challenging you when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to provide an overview of my approach in a conversational and nonjudgmental way. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and talk about what you hope to achieve.

Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and a path forward. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative environment where you feel comfortable being open and authentic, while also feeling supported and secure.

From there, we’ll continue working together in future sessions to develop insight, build practical tools, and make progress toward the goals that matter most to you.
