Great to meet you!

I help kids feel safe, seen, and silly—because therapy doesn't have to be stiff. Think of my office like a warm, well-worn sweater (but with toys, not lint). As a dad of seven, I’ve got firsthand experience with the chaos and beauty of family life, and I bring that into the playroom. I’ve logged nearly 10,000 hours working with kids facing everything from ADHD and anxiety to sibling battles and crayon-related crises. With a master’s in clinical counseling and a state-of-the-art playroom, I use play therapy to help kids grow, cope, and thrive—one Lego at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: kids play, I pay attention. I create a safe, warm space where children can express big feelings, test limits (safely), and work through life’s curveballs—using toys, not talk therapy marathons. Through play, they build confidence, emotional resilience, and better ways to handle challenges (like sharing, listening, and not karate-chopping siblings). It’s serious growth disguised as fun.

What you can expect from me

Parents can expect their child to feel seen, heard, and slightly less motivated to launch shoes across the room. Sessions are all about helping kids build emotional muscles, learn how to handle tough stuff without melting down, and speak up instead of acting out. The goal is to boost confidence, strengthen coping skills, and help families feel more connected—without needing a group text to sort it out.
