Great to meet you!

Hi. I'm Tony. I’m an LCSW who works with adults experiencing addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and other mental health concerns. In my time as a social worker and therapist, I've worked with people suffering from addiction and eating disorders, the unhoused, incarcerated juveniles and adults, and more. My goal is to help you better understand what's going on inside your head and offer you practical tools to deal with life on life's terms.

My practice is heavily trauma-informed and somatically centered. I specialize in addiction and ED recovery, attachment & relationship patterns, codependency, life transitions, and dual-diagnosis work. If you're ready to make a change, reach out and let's get to work.

My approach to therapy

Life can get messy. Maybe you’re dealing with a life transition, struggling with your mental health, trying to change your relationship with drugs, alcohol, or food, or simply sick of feeling how you're feeling. Therapy can be a place to figure out what you actually want moving forward, and how to make those goals manifest in reality.

I particularly love helping people who feel stuck between where they’ve been and where they want to go. We'll explore how your past experiences have shaped you while focusing on the pragmatic changes you can make to avoid recreating past traumas. I also enjoy incorporating my clients’ interests into therapy. That includes art, literature, spirituality, astrology, 12-step recovery, things you saw on TikTok--you name it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be about getting to know each other and figuring out what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change, and what you’ve tried so far. We'll discuss your history, relationships, mental health, substance use, and the patterns you’ve noticed in your life. Together, we’ll identify some initial goals and start building a plan that is realistic and achievable. Most importantly, I want the first session to feel like a conversation where you can be honest, ask questions, and get a sense of whether I’m the right therapist for you.
