A bit about my approach to therapy

Anthony employs evidence-based strategies to effectively treat each client’s mental health concerns. The approach relies upon establishing rapport, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship, active listening, and significant collaboration with each client. The goal is to synthesize a plan that the client feels comfortable with pursuing.

What you can expect from our first session

Anthony is currently working with clients for medication management appointments only. You should expect a provider who will listen to your needs and make the appropriate recommendations to satisfy your mental health concerns.
