My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique journey. With a long-standing background in substance abuse treatment and a focus on mild to moderate mental health diagnoses, I draw from both clinical expertise and real-world understanding.
I work from a solution-focused lens, helping clients identify their strengths and build practical tools to navigate life’s challenges. I also integrate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care, depending on the client’s needs and goals.
I believe that no two people are the same so I don’t use a one-size-fits-all model. I meet clients where they are, emotionally and mentally, and tailor each session to their specific experiences and values. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported as they work toward healing and growth.
Whether someone is dealing with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or substance use, I’m here to walk alongside them with curiosity, openness, and a deep belief in their capacity to change.
