A bit about my approach to therapy

Anthony brings his passion for psychology and his relationship with Christ into the therapeutic relationship to provide a warm empathetic counseling environment while facilitating reaching the client’s goals. Anthony facilitates using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy in session.

What you can expect from our first session

He helps couples improve their relationships and communication. He facilitates emotional healing and increased coping skills with clients who have experienced trauma. He assists men with regaining control of their lives from the addictive nature of pornography. Anthony works with children and adolescents in teaching coping skills, addressing academic and behavioral issues.
