Great to meet you!

I work with adults and elders who are existentially challenged: death/grief, meaning, purpose, freedom, creativity, anguish/anxiety/depression and with individuals who are open to work on attachment/relational/trauma issues from narrative, present-focused, person-centered approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic. In session, I am relational, present-focused and person-centered, addressing the needs you come to session with that you want support with. I also utilize skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) if that is something you would be interested in.

What you can expect from me

We will begin to build our therapeutic relationship together starting our first session. You will have the chance to experience the space to be safe, validating, non-judgmental, and empathetic. You will lead and I will follow and together we will work at making sense of your struggles. In each succeeding session, you will learn how to become more of an agent of your change and what that requires with the newly gained awareness achieved week to week.
