Hello, my name is Anthony Michael, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience in the field of mental health.

I am proud to hold a Masters degree in Psychology with a specialization in Art Therapy from Phillip's Graduate University in Southern California.

When it comes to goal setting, I like to start by asking my clients some basic questions and giving them the freedom to make their own decisions. What's holding them back from reaching their goals? What are their expectations? And what's driving them to make these changes? We can then discuss and prioritize their goals based on how soon they want to achieve them. I'm here to help them push their limits, grow, and overcome any barriers they may have.
