I am a licensed clinical social worker who works with male, female, and LGBTQIA+ adolescents, and both younger/older adults. I am able to help with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, self esteem, stress, academic/occupational challenges, and peer relationships.

I am here to support you through your current challenges using a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach.
