Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive and therapeutic space for adults and families who are seeking healing, growth, and greater confidence in their daily lives. For many people, stress, traumatic experiences, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflict, and major life changes can make it difficult to feel grounded or connected. I help clients better understand how their experiences have shaped the way they think, feel, cope, and relate to others. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported while also working toward meaningful change. I believe therapy can help people move through difficult seasons, strengthen relationships, and build a healthier sense of self.

My approach to therapy

For the past 20 years, I have helped youth, adults, and families in a variety of settings by coming alongside them with support, compassion, and practical guidance. My approach is collaborative, relationship-focused, and centered on helping clients improve their mood, reduce symptoms, and develop healthier connections with loved ones, co-workers, and others in their lives. In session, we may work on understanding stress responses, building coping skills, improving communication, identifying patterns that contribute to anxiety or depression, and creating realistic steps toward healthier relationships and emotional well-being. I believe progress happens when clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to make changes that fit their real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to begin developing a strong therapeutic alliance and to understand what kind of support would be most helpful for you. I will listen to your story, learn about the stressors or symptoms you are experiencing, and ask questions to better understand your goals, relationships, strengths, and current challenges. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, family concerns, relationship issues, or difficulty managing daily life, we will begin building a plan that focuses on reducing symptoms and creating meaningful progress. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
