Great to meet you!

With a decade of experience, I bring both personal insight and professional expertise to my practice. As a medically retired Army veteran who served in two combat zones, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by veterans, military personnel, law enforcement, first responders, and their families.

I specialize in PTSD, trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and pain. My approach is straightforward and driven by the client, ensuring that therapy is always tailored to your unique needs. In addition to traditional therapy, I also specialize in training service dogs and organizing and facilitating therapy during recreational outdoor therapeutic events, offering a holistic approach to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very straightforward and client-driven. With a focus on meeting the clients where they are and tailoring the process to their needs and goals. I also specialize in training service dogs and facilitating outdoor therapeutic events, blending hands-on approaches with traditional therapy. It’s all about growth, practicality, and genuine connection.

What you can expect from me
