Great to meet you!

Are you feeling stuck? Are you having difficulty adjusting to a new phase of life? Struggling with reduced energy? Do you feel like your relationships are suffering? Are you feeling burned out at work? Or dealing with grief and loss? Let me help. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with vast experience treating adults with depression, anxiety, stress etc. I have been a psychologist for over ten years. As a Black man, husband and father, I definitely understand the stressors we all face.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is to focus on the whole person. Although everyone is unique, we are all going through the same struggles. Let me help you by using my formal training and experience to create a warm therapeutic space, help you reduce distress, discover your authentic self, and improve your quality of life. Let us take that journey to a happier you.

What you can expect from our first session

I specialize in individual therapy and have worked with diverse groups including Veterans, College students, Older adults, clergy/faith communities, recent immigrants and individuals living with chronic illnesses. I am deeply committed to providing compassionate and culturally informed mental health care. I am nationally trained in CBT and other approaches. During and after each session you can expect to feel safe, heard and understood. You can expect to have a plan to help you reach your goals.
