Great to meet you!

Hello & welcome! I mostly work with Queer, kinky, and open/non-monogamous people and couples/relationship units. Individuals may be experiencing sadness or anxiety, going through life/other transitions, exploring identity and desires, or dealing with stress, confusion, or restlessness. Couples and relationship units may be navigating communication issues, different sexual needs/desires, home/life stressors, or transitions, and may be wanting to decide on the course of their relationship.

My approach to therapy

Whatever you’re hoping to work on, it’s most important that you feel seen and heard by your therapist. I strive for this with my clients. I think we all experience life transitions, unmet desires/needs, stress and discontent, and strained or changing relationships. As a fellow human in this world, I understand how hard it can be to heal, pursue joy/pleasure, and be intentional in everyday life. So, we start by recognizing what is already working and what is not working. This awareness allows us to decide what changes to pursue and how to pursue those changes while practicing authenticity.

What you can expect from me

We'll explore the various parts of you and your relationships, and we’ll connect your history to your present. This enables us to examine your values, needs, and desires and see how/where things align or disconnect. Through this, we'll learn a great deal about how you might fully respond to and engage with yourself, others, and the world around you.

In our work, I'll be transparent and direct. I’ll be curious and caring about your wants and worries. Our sessions will interweave casual and structured periods with moments that are funny and hard.
