Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for a counselor for yourself or your teenager who will truly listen, understand, and help you move forward—you’re in the right place.

I work with adults and teenagers, and one of the most important things I offer is a space where you can feel comfortable being honest about what’s really going on.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to have everything figured out. And you don’t have to worry about being judged.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, grief, relationships, trauma, life transitions—or you simply know something needs to change—we can work through it together.

For parents, I understand how important it is to find someone your teenager will actually talk to and trust. I work hard to build that connection while helping teens develop the tools they need to navigate emotions, relationships, school, family and life.

If this sounds like the kind of support you or your teenager needs, schedule a session with me. Let’s get started.

My approach to therapy

You deserve more than someone who just listens—you deserve someone who understands you and helps you figure out what to do next.

My approach is warm, practical, collaborative and honest. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment, while also helping you identify patterns, develop healthier ways of thinking and responding, and make meaningful progress.

I especially value creating a space where teenagers feel respected rather than lectured and where adults don’t feel like they have to keep pretending they have everything together.

Some sessions may involve processing difficult experiences. Others may involve problem-solving something happening right now. Sometimes you may simply need a safe place to say the things you’ve been carrying privately.

Wherever we’re starting, we’ll work together to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

From our very first session, my goal is simple: I want you to feel safe, understood, and confident that you made the right decision to come.

You don’t have to prepare a speech or know exactly where to begin. I’ll help guide the conversation.

We’ll talk about what’s happening, what has been weighing on you, what you want to change, and what you hope life can look like on the other side of counseling.

Then we’ll develop a plan together.

I’m not here to judge you, lecture you or tell you how to live your life. I’m here to listen, ask the right questions, help you understand what you’re experiencing and give you practical tools to move forward.

Come as you are. We’ll figure out the next steps together.

When you’re ready, schedule your first session.
