Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist and PhD student with a background in working with adults, teens, and children navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and trauma informed care, with a focus on creating a supportive, culturally sensitive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll talk about what's been weighing on you and what your're hoping to gain. I'll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences and we'll begin identifying goals at your pace. This is supportive , judgement-free space where you can show up as you are.
