Great to meet you!

I want to begin by saying how proud I am of you for taking this first step toward improving your health. It is often the hardest part of the journey, and your willingness to begin speaks volumes about your strength and commitment.

I bring over 18 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of needs, including ODD, OCD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, autism/Asperger’s, military and veteran reintegration, stress management, tobacco cessation, weight management, and chronic health conditions, among others. In addition to my clinical background, I am a Certified Case Manager, which allows me to help coordinate any additional healthcare services you may need. My goal is to ensure your providers work collaboratively, seamlessly, and always in your best interest.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic therapeutic approach that primarily integrates Person‐Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness‐Based Cognitive Therapy, along with elements of Solution‐Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology. As the client, your needs and goals remain at the core of our work together. We will collaborate to identify the goals that matter most to you and develop a path that supports the outcomes you are striving to achieve.

What you can expect from me

As Maya Angelou beautifully said, “Be a rainbow in someone else’s cloud.” My hope is to be a supportive part of your journey as you work toward greater health and well‐being. I believe each person carries a toolbox of strengths and resources, even if it’s not always clear which tools to use or when. Together, we will identify and strengthen those tools so you can continue growing into an even stronger, healthier version of yourself.
