Great to meet you!

If your child or teen is dealing with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, school stress, or family concerns, I bring 24 years in child mental health to this work. I also have experience supporting adults and families. I offer virtual care as an LPC in South Carolina, hold a master’s degree from Wake Forest, and am currently a PhD intern.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered, with a neurodiversity-affirming lens. I draw on dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness, and we can set goals together based on your needs and strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you to counseling, what feels hard right now, and what you hope will change. I’ll make room for your concerns and strengths as we begin identifying realistic goals together.
