Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University (2012). For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. My areas of expertise include women’s issues, such as pregnancy loss, infertility, and traumatic births, as well as grief, anxiety, and depression. Population served: adults & adolescents age 13 and up.

My approach to therapy

In a Cognitive-behavioral & person-centered approach, I can help you process parts from your past, present, and future life. Reliving old wounds can sometimes be difficult, but I am here to walk with you through it.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step toward growth and healing, and I want you to know that our time together will be a safe, supportive space for you to explore what’s been weighing on your mind.

During our first session, we’ll take things at your pace. You can expect a relaxed, open conversation where I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. My approach combines cognitive behavioral techniques to help you identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns, a person-centered foundation that ensures you feel genuinely heard and accepted, and a solution-focused mindset that helps us clarify practical steps toward the changes you want to see.
