Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying more than you can manage on your own while trying to balance work, relationships, family responsibilities, and daily stress. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or family challenges while feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Over time, that pressure can show up as chronic worry, burnout, sadness, emotional overwhelm, anger, or a growing sense of disconnection from yourself and others. I specialize in anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, family issues, and grief or loss. I work with adolescents, adults, and children, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with 12 years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing begins with understanding your experiences, relationships, and the thoughts and emotions shaping how you move through the world. Therapy should help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful progress both in and outside of session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, trauma informed approaches, mindfulness based interventions, and psychodynamic approaches to support lasting growth. In our sessions, we may explore past experiences, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions, strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop practical tools for daily life. I often work with people navigating anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, anger, stress, family conflict, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, low mood, burnout, and major life transitions that can make everyday life feel especially difficult.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up as compassionate, supportive, empowering, and nonjudgmental. I believe meaningful therapy is built on trust, safety, and collaboration, and I work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I will meet you with empathy while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Whether you are working through anxiety, grief, trauma, family challenges, burnout, or uncertainty about what comes next, we will work together to build greater self awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and balance.
