Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist and crisis interventionist, I have supported individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and serious mental illness. I have also helped clients navigate work- and family-related concerns.

My approach to therapy

As your advocate and empathetic listener, I aim to help you grow into your best self. In the wake of the pandemic, feelings of isolation and disconnection have become all too common, and I recognize the challenges many continue to face. We are human. My hope is that through therapy, you feel less alone, discover how to use your strengths to heal from the past, build more fulfilling relationships, and face present and future challenges with resilience.

What you can expect from me

We all need support at different times in our lives. Therapy provides a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery — a place to explore what continues to serve you and what may be holding you back. Choosing to begin therapy is a deeply personal and courageous decision. I believe that reaching out for help is one of the most meaningful steps you can take toward creating the life you want.

For new clients, I recommend starting with a brief phone consultation. This allows us to connect, discuss your needs, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
