As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the unique transitions, identity exploration, and challenges of this life stage. I also bring experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring that my practice is accessible, inclusive, and tailored to each person's unique needs. My ultimate goal is to meet you where you are today and support you in exploring how to become your best self.

In our first session, my priority is to meet you where you are at in life. You are the expert of your own life, and our initial time together will be focused on getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. We will begin identifying your strengths and discussing your potential goals in therapy. This time will serve as an opportunity for you to assess if my support and therapeutic practice is good fit for you and your needs.
