Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate the unique transitions, identity exploration, and challenges of this life stage. I also bring experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring that my practice is accessible, inclusive, and tailored to each person's unique needs. My ultimate goal is to meet you where you are today and support you in exploring how to become your best self.

My approach to therapy

I work from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on your inherent resilience and capabilities rather than just the challenges you are facing. My practice is grounded in humanistic and narrative approaches. In our work together, this means we will collaborate to honor your unique story, reframe the narratives that may be holding you back, and empower you to write the next chapter of your life. Therapy is an opportunity to improve your overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to meet you where you are at in life. You are the expert of your own life, and our initial time together will be focused on getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. We will begin identifying your strengths and discussing your potential goals in therapy. This time will serve as an opportunity for you to assess if my support and therapeutic practice is good fit for you and your needs. My hope is that you will fill empowered to take the next steps to move forward in your journey with therapy.
