Great to meet you!

I’m a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who provides thoughtful, individualized care for children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood instability, and emotional dysregulation. I take a collaborative and direct approach, working closely with patients and families to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface—not just treating symptoms, but addressing the bigger picture. My goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered while also receiving clear guidance and effective treatment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is both compassionate and structured. I believe in meeting patients where they are while also helping them move forward with intention. Treatment may include medication management, behavioral strategies, and coordination with therapy when appropriate. I value consistency, honesty, and accountability, and I work with patients to find what truly works for them rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a thorough and thoughtful evaluation where we take the time to understand your concerns, history, and what you’re hoping to change or improve. I create a space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and honest, where you can speak openly without feeling rushed or dismissed.

Together, we will begin identifying clear goals, whether that’s improving mood, reducing anxiety, stabilizing emotions, or addressing focus and behavioral concerns. I will provide guidance on next steps, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, or practical strategies you can begin using right away. My goal is for you to leave the first session with a better understanding of what’s going on and a clear plan moving forward.
