What you can expect from our first session

I provide person-centered treatment, i.e. I use a variety of modalities and techniques to address the individual's needs and goals.

Therapy is a tool to aid in one's own understanding and relationship to self, others, and the world. I provide a non-judgemental space to have honest conversations about what is creating distress in self while keeping accountability in the forefront.
