Hello, My name is Antonica or you can simply call me Toni, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I work with all age groups experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, stress and life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin working together toward improved mental and emotional wellness.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment. Through evidence-based approaches, medication management, and supportive therapeutic techniques, I strive to help clients build healthier coping skills, improve emotional wellness, and achieve meaningful, lasting changes in their daily live
During the first session, clients can expect a supportive, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where we will discuss their current concerns, mental health history, symptoms, stressors, and treatment goals. I will take time to understand each client’s unique experiences, answer questions, and collaborate on an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapeutic interventions, coping strategies, and lifestyle recommendations.
