Hello, I am a New York State licensed clinical social worker. with more than 24 years of experience treating adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have many years of experience working with survivors/families affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse. I also specialize in treating depression, anxiety, parenting and relationship issues, grief and stress management.

I love what I do and I would love to share that passion with you.

My work is primarily guided by family systems theory. I use a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches (most are listed above) personalized for each client to guide individuals in their journey of growth, change, and healing.

Through self compassion, self care, and empowerment, I offer individuals a safe, comfortable, and non-judemental space to guide them towads emotional health and well being.
