Great to meet you!

Hi! I go by Tony. My approach to therapy is to have a safe place to explore your thoughts, feelings and your challenges. I strive on having a therapeutic relationship that you feel comfortable talking about all the things that you are navigating. This is that safe place. I want you to feel empowered in therapy, supported and occasionally challenged. My modalities range, depending on your needs and what you find helpful. And based on your feedback we explore different treatment options.

My approach to therapy

I would describe it as a "Collective Approach" meaning in times of a crisis I will provide psychoeducation on structured evidenced based approaches i.e. DBT, CBT and a few others that support and focus more about the "in the moment" therapy models to help get you through today. In times where were exploring relationships, patterns, behaviors, goals, I mainly use psychodynamic and gestalt.

What you can expect from me

Big thing for me is to ensure that you feel like you can be you. Meaning sessions are non-judgemental, supportive with your growth and empowerment the focus of sessions. Sometimes things are tough and that is also ok but even after a tough session I would want you to feel supported and with more clarity.
