Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, and ADHD across the lifespan, and I work with adults and seniors navigating a range of mental health challenges — including bipolar disorder, OCD, panic disorders, sleep difficulties, and more. My greatest strength is building genuine, trusting relationships with my patients. I take the time to listen without judgment, understand each person's unique needs, and create individualized treatment plans that help you feel supported and empowered throughout your mental health journey. Outside of work, I recharge by spending time with my family, traveling, and staying active outdoors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I draw on a range of proven modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Behavioral Activation, and Problem-Solving Therapy — to tailor care to your specific goals and circumstances. I believe that meaningful progress happens when patients feel truly heard and actively involved in their treatment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious, my goal is to help you build the skills and confidence to move forward and improve your quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment-free space to share what's brought you in and what you're hoping to achieve. I'll take time to understand your history, current symptoms, and personal goals so we can begin building a treatment plan that fits your needs. There's no pressure to have everything figured out — many of my patients come in feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, and that's completely okay. By the end of our first meeting, my aim is for you to feel heard, hopeful, and clear on the next steps in your care.
