A bit about my approach to therapy

I take pride in my work as a solution-focused/cognitive behavioral therapist. I meet you were you are, without judgement. I take me time to get to know you so that I can offer you customized interventions and a treatment plan that is ideal for your success.

What you can expect from our first session

While we are making strides for you to lead a life that is exemplary and extraordinary we will systematically eradicate things that have been holding you back.
