Welcome! My name is Antonio Quirindongo Jr., LPC & I am a NJ-based licensed therapist & owner of Beyond Labels Counseling LLC. As a Queer, Latino it is my passion to provide support & empower adult clients who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community & communities of color. Beyond Labels Counseling provides individual, couples, family, & group therapy to clients who are in the LGBTQ+ community.
My work & experience consist of helping clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, intergenerational-trauma, self-esteem concerns, as well as peer, marital, & family relationship issues. My approach is person-centered, holistic, culturally inclusive, and strength-based. I use evidenced-based techniques to provide treatment that is tailored to my client’s individual needs, such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, & more.
I understand the many challenges we face, as we try to break down barriers in a world where we are considered “other” or treated like we don’t belong. It might feel overwhelming to navigate obstacles specific to your experience, while also trying to better understand yourself and your identity.
