Yet beneath the surface, you may be struggling with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, unresolved trauma, or questions about who you are and where you're headed. It can be exhausting to carry so much while feeling disconnected from yourself.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, high-functioning depression, trauma, identity concerns, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and first-generation individuals who are balancing multiple cultural, family, and societal expectations while trying to build lives that feel authentic and fulfilling.
I believe meaningful change comes from both insight and action. Therapy can help you better understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.
