Hi, I'm Antony "aka Tony". I'm a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in relationships, family dynamics, and assisting clients with overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

My approach to therapy is to empower the client the reach a solution that is beneficial for them in the long term. The solution must fit "their" agenda, not mine. So therefore, I prefer to establish a "relationship" that is strength based, empowering, and authentic to accomplish those goals.

My clients can be assured that they have a partner in their struggle. They will experience commitment and dedication to resolving their concerns. They will gain power over whatever brought them to me.
