Great to meet you!

I understand that attending therapy can feel intimidating and overwhelming, and frequently, the most difficult aspect of the entire process is simply taking the initial step to begin. Nevertheless, you are here now, and you are officially embarking on your personal path to heal and rebuild. I genuinely welcome the chance to connect with you and discover more about exactly how I can support you. My personal approach is consistently warm, deeply empathetic, and highly collaborative.

My approach to therapy

I make use of scientifically validated approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based therapy while providing a foundation of supportive, honest, and truly compassionate guidance. As a licensed clinical social worker, I have spent five years practicing in medical settings helping individuals and families cope with the challenges of chronic disease, loss, and major life disruptions. My credentials include advanced training in cognitive behavioral therapy and specialized palliative and hospice care.

What you can expect from me

Working together, we will develop practical coping skills for the many stressors life presents, including depression, anxiety, life changes, bereavement, relationship discord, and beyond. I am of the conviction that you are the true expert of your own life, and it is incredibly important that we cooperate on a highly personalized strategy to help you accomplish your objectives, experience healing, and reconstruct your sense of well-being.
