I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about her work. I create a judgement free space for my clients, and use a collaborative approach to establish goals for therapy. I work with adults in phase of life transitions, whether it’s parenthood, grief/loss, retirement, etc. I look forward to speaking with you.
I am here to listen. My style is warm, integrative and most importantly collaborative, incorporating aspects of cultural identity in the work we do together. In my practice, I approach care with mindfulness and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), which is an effective evidence based therapy focusing on the interplay between our feelings, our behavior and our relationships.
