I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), licensed in the following eight States: New York, New Jersey, Florida, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, Ohio, Wisconsin and California.

I having earned my Bachelors Degrees in Social Work and Sociology from The College of Staten Island/CUNY, followed by a Master's Degree in Social Work from Columbia University, New York.

I have over 20 years of experience in counseling diverse populations across various clinical settings including hospitals, rehabilitation centers in home services and now primarily is providing telehealth therapy.

My extensive experience allows me to address a broad spectrum of concerns, with particular expertise in trauma work, PTSD, chronic illness coping, anxiety, depression, stress management, anger management, grief counseling, parenting challenges, family dynamics, and adolescent issues as well as emerging adult issues and managing ADHD.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique store and needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT, and trauma informed care to help you explore what's getting in the way of your peace and growth.
