I am empathetic, open-minded, and client-centered. I am also solution-focused and honest in my approaches. I have a master's in clinical psychology, and I am a licensed professional counselor. I have experience working with children, aged 6 to 18 years old, as well as adults.
I don't use 1 approach in therapy. I used several which include, Humanistic/client-centered, CBT, Mindfulness Based counseling, and Rational Emotive Therapy.
I expect clients to feel empowered that they can help themselves and that they are in control of their feelings and emotions, and practice could help them help themselves.
