Great to meet you!

My practice specializes in treating individuals (adults) and couples who are struggling to overcome the obstacles that all people face and recognize those habits and patterns that diminish their quality of life. I endeavor to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to identify what is not working in their lives and begin to make the necessary changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, building on the human connection. I meet my clients where they are and together we develop a plan for improvement. I work from a cognitive behavioral approach helping clients understand how their thoughts and feelings affect their lives.

What you can expect from me

From a holistic standpoint, clients can expect to approach change by looking at habits and choices that have been unexamined. I encourage diet and exercise as appropriate. Homework may include mindfulness practices as well as journaling.
