Great to meet you!

If anxiety, burnout, relationship concerns, or a major life transition has left you feeling overwhelmed, therapy can provide a supportive place to slow down and gain perspective. I work with adults—including professionals and leaders—who want to better understand what they’re experiencing, build practical coping skills, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health and organizational leadership. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and solution-focused. Sessions are tailored to your goals and may focus on patterns, relationships, stress, anxiety, or sustainable personal change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space to share what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, identify meaningful goals, and begin outlining a supportive path forward. If this approach feels like a good fit, I invite you to schedule your first appointment.
