Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner who enjoys helping others. I was a nurse for four years before becoming a PMHNP and a school teacher for 10 years before that. I have experience working with substance abuse detox and recovery, severe mental illness within the judicial system, and acute and long-term psychiatric care.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy motivational and empowering mental health care. I employ techniques and evidence-based practice for Cognitive behavioral therapy and Dialectical behavioral therapy. I also help those who need medication management.

What you can expect from me

I help clients set short-term and long-term goals, feel empowered and motivated, and help support those on their mental health journey.
