Great to meet you!

I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. I take a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that every part of your life can shape how you feel and cope. My goal is to meet you where you are, truly listen, and walk alongside you with compassion and understanding. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, work through challenges, and move toward greater clarity and well-being one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My person-centered approach means that I meet you where you are and take the time to understand your unique experiences, needs, values, and goals. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should be a collaborative experience. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be honest, explore your emotions, and grow at your own pace. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, navigate challenges, and take meaningful steps forward.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. I will take time to listen to your story, understand what brought you to therapy, and learn about your concerns, strengths, and goals. We will talk about what you hope to gain from counseling and begin identifying areas where support may be helpful. Most importantly, there is no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to feel welcomed, heard, and comfortable being yourself as we begin this journey together.
