Great to meet you!

Are you a Christian woman recovering from an emotionally abusive or spiritually distressing relationship? Do you feel stuck in shame, confusion, or unhealthy attachment patterns—but long for peace, clarity, and a secure identity in Christ?

I am a faith-based Licensed Professional Counselor and Trauma Specialist who helps women untangle trauma bonds, challenge shame-based beliefs, and heal from emotional, verbal, spiritual, or narcissistic abuse. Together, we’ll process anger and injustice, strengthen boundaries, restore identity, and develop acceptance for realities that may not change—while grounding your healing in truth and grace.

I specialize in Christian counseling for women who are healing from emotionally abusive, spiritually distressing, or otherwise difficult relationships. I provide faith-integrated, trauma-informed counseling for concerns including anxiety, depression, fear, guilt, stress, anger, low self-esteem, relational wounds, and the effects of emotionally destructive relationships.

My practice is fully virtual, serving clients throughout Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Nevada. I begin sessions with prayer and include biblical integration, along with practical tools and worksheets to support growth between sessions.

Visit www.growingingrace.life to explore video resources, or reach out by email with questions. I’d be honored to support your healing.

Individual therapy only.

My approach to therapy

I use Spiritually-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to evaluate thoughts and beliefs for truth, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to find acceptance for unchanging realities, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you heal wounded parts of yourself. The goal is to build a secure, Christ-centered identity that aligns with truth.

I help clients explore, identify, and resolve sources of emotional distress. I enjoy helping clients heal from trauma and destructive relationships. I will help you increase your knowledge and experience of God’s grace.

What you can expect from me

My therapy is very goal-directed. Clients should expect to practice therapy skills between sessions. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment to work through mental health concerns. I am compassionate but direct, and I love helping clients grow in grace. Judgment and criticism are avoided. Areas of focus include codependency, forgiveness, self-worth, relationship loss, divorce recovery, and crises of faith.
