Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I'm here to assist, encourage and support you on your mental health healing journey. I create a supportive environment for clients to share, find acceptance and move towards the change and life you wish to see. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one approach I use in session. I believe in this approach because I believe if you can change your thoughts, your behavior will also change. I'm here to help you navigate the process.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one technique I use most often. I've used this technique with most of my clients because it is evidence based. I use this method to help people learn how to identify and change unhealthy patterns of thinking. I believe when you have healthy thoughts, you will have healthy behavior and a more quality life. This can be done by talk therapy, journaling, assignments that encourage monitoring thoughts.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel they are in a space to share and this space is safe. Clients will know their thoughts and feelings are being heard and understood while also being encouraged to make changes if needed. I believe people grow when they feel safe and supported.
