Great to meet you!

I became a therapist to help others grow and heal, recognizing they don't have to grow through anything alone.

My approach to therapy

"I believe that people are inherently resilient, and that therapy is a space to reconnect with that inner strength. My approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, exploring how early experiences and relationships shape current patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. In the room, my style is warm, direct, and gently challenging—I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, while also being supported in moving forward. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and personality, integrating insights and techniques in a way that feels collaborative and meaningful."

What you can expect from me

In the first session client's can expect me to hear their story, be nonjudgmental, listen to their goals and provide support and encouragement.
