Great to meet you!

I will not flinch at what you carry, and I will not leave you alone with it. Therapy is a place to pause, reflect, and begin writing a different chapter of your story—not by becoming someone else, but by understanding yourself more fully. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or experiences that have become difficult to carry alone. My approach is grounded in the belief that you are not broken—you are responding to circumstances, patterns, and stories that can be understood and reshaped. I offer a space that is gentle and precise—honest, curious, and rooted in respect for your intelligence and capacity for growth.

My approach to therapy

I draw from CBT, psychodynamic insight, and strength-based techniques—using insight to understand the root of patterns and practical tools to shift them. I see therapy as a collaborative process of discovery, not prescription. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and offer observations so we can see things together more clearly. I am warm but not passive; I will gently challenge you when it serves your growth. Our goal is real, lasting change—built on self-understanding, not just coping.

What you can expect from me

I know starting therapy can feel uncertain—even vulnerable. Our first session is simply a conversation. I will ask about your history, your current struggles, and what brought you here. You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with. There is no right or wrong way to show up. We will talk about what you hope to get out of therapy—and what meaningful progress looks like to you. By the end, you will have a clear sense of how I work, and we will decide together if we are a good fit.
