Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who believes that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. It is important to take care of you mental health and by doing so, you will see the impact in many areas of your life. I have been practicing over 20 years with a focus on clients 13-23 struggling with depression; anxiety and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to tailor a treatment plan that includes you, your story and needs. It is important that you feel heard and respected. Based on your needs, we will work together to develop an appropriate treatment plan that will help you to attain your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an introductory session in which you will have the opportunity to share your concerns and what you would like to gain from therapy. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that will assist you in achieving your goals. I will hold your thoughts, concerns and your story and work with you to achieve your goals. At times, that can be challenging but I will create an environment where we can work through those challenges and while you feel supported and comfortable. Our individual sessions will be tailored to help you to get to your desired finished line.
